Not A Landlubber

Logan and Judith are taking swimming lessons. I am not sure who is having a better time. The author is thrilled his son has his mother's admiration of the water versus his wish to remain on terra firma.

He Likes It, He Likes It, Hey Logan, He Likes It

Logan got his first taste of chocolate while eating part of the cake created by Judith. Here is the birthday boy and his two proud parents.

Grandparents Galore

Logan is very lucky to have all four biological grandparents in his life. All four of them converged on our nation's capital in celebration of Logan's birthday. They all enjoyed their time with the guest of honor (and his parents) and their visit and adoration of their grandson was extremely appreciated.

Happy Birthday Logan

Logan turned one on June 23 and in celebration of this special occasion a small shindig was held in his honor. Judith made a wonderful cake in the shape of a lion, he received a Radio Flyer wagon (notice the sunshade to protect his delicate skin) and a personalized chair that, as you will see, adults like as well.

Clapton and Winwood

I became a HUGE Eric Clapton fan in the mid-1990s and have been fortunate enough (with a tip of the cap to a good friend) to see many wonderful shows. My hope is that Logan will be able to one day see Clapton with me and enjoy his music as much as I do. Here is a picture taken at the June 13, 2009 Washington, DC concert. This was Judith's first Clapton concert and her reviews were pretty good (even though he did not play our first dance song, Wonderful Tonight).

June 7, 2009

I am sorry it has been over two months sine the last post. There are no good excuses so I won't try and explain. We have had a great couple of months. Enjoy the photographic documentation.

1) j & L made a surprise visit to Winnipeg for Passover. L enjoyed his time with Bobba P.
2) Bobba E enjoyed time with L too.
3) J fed L his first Passover dinner (notice the bib). I don't think the baby food was leavened!
4) Who is happier, Zaida B or L?
5) L and cousin Tessa (she is younger than he).
